I absolutely LOVE when I discover a new author with a fresh, interesting, authentic, one-of-a-kind voice. I felt that way when I first read Kristen Ashley and again when I read Karina Halle’s work. Lightening struck again when I read Madeline Sheehan’s Undeniable.

If you’re looking for a a traditional romance, this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for a story about flawed, damaged people who don’t always get it right the first, second, or maybe third time…you may have found the next book for your keeper shelf. I’ll be honest, this book is not for the skittish…there are certain scenes in it that most readers will find disturbing. One in particular has stayed with me for weeks. That said, they’ll touch you emotionally in a way that not a lot of books do. They aren’t put in there to be gratuitous, or a least that’s not how I felt. They were there because this is Eva & Deuce’s story and for me it felt like it couldn’t be any other way.

As soon as I finished Undeniable I immediately went out and purchased book #2 in the series which did not disappoint! This was one of those books that I was so excited about after reading I wanted to tell everyone about it so they could experience what I did while reading it.
