Fandom Friday – R.K. Lilley

I was first introduced to R.K. Lilley‘s work when I read her In Flight series. It’s an erotic BDSM trilogy that centers on one Mr. James Cavendish. Mr. Beautiful (as he’s called) is major swoon worthy and the series is HOT, HOT, HOT!! During the In Flight series we’re introduced to Tristan and Danika. It’s clear they have a painful past together but we’re not told much more than that!

Enter Bad Things – the first book in Tristan and Danika’s story. Great book of how they first get together and fall in love. Book #2, Rock Bottom, was released this week and let me just say that I could not have a bigger book hangover than this! It was an absolutely tumultuous story full of heartbreak and angst. I CANNOT wait for the final book in the series to be released in 2014. Seriously, it can not come fast enough!

I was lucky enough to meet R.K. Lilley at a book signing a couple of months back and it was all I could do not to go totally fan girl all over her ass! It was one of those moments where you’re so tongue-tied and not sure what to say that you end up just feeling like a total dork. The good news is not only did I get her to sign some books for me, but I got her to sign a print copy of Bad Things for a giveaway!
